My hat is off to the Community crew for so ably replacing some gaskets to prevent the antifreeze from leaking. Another local dealer wanted "around" $500 to repair. It was almost 4:20 and they closed at 5 but they got me in and had it changed for me within 45 minutes and made it possible for me to not have interuptions in my work schedule. David Prusiner was the service consultant. I told him I needed the 100,000 mile check up. He said there was a package deal for this service. ($300 plus). I said okay. Later he called and said that I did not need the full service because the spark plugs and the readiator flush was done about 15,000 miles ago when I had the engine work done. This saved me at least half of the total cost. He could of just had all of the service done and charged me. He did not. The air condidioner did not work the last time I tried it. He had the technician check it and could not find a problem. I was only charged for the fluid used and half hour of service. I thought that was fair and it is working fine. I had rear brake linings installed. They told me originally that it needed the disks replaced. I questioned it. He personally checked them and assured me that the old could not be turned and needed replacing. He had a seal replaced and my extended warrantee covered the cost. Brought my 2013 Cadillac XTS in for some Factory recalls that took several days, Was greeted promptly by very friendly and courteous people in the service dept. Was given a Cadillac as a loaner which was very nice. When I returned to pick up my XTS, the service was complete, the car was washed, filled with gas and was given a $50 gift card for my "troubles".
